We use only OEM parts whenever possible. epac TV & Appliance Repair may use or substitute generic or universal parts on some repairs, minor repairs, or when parts are no longer available. It may take up to three days via regular ground service if we have to order parts for your appliance. Back ordered parts might take longer to arrive based on availability and shipping. Parts ordered pre-approved for repairs that are later declined or not picked up will incur a restocking fee.
All parts or materials used are of the highest quality and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Parts may be covered by a 30-day or 120-day shop warranty; please consult your invoice for more information. We do not offer a warranty on picture tubes or picture tube damages. Warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents or damage incurred during shipping, alterations, or unauthorized repair; by failing to follow instructions; or due to misuse, neglect, fire, flood, normal wear and tear, or acts of God.
